Script:

If your Achilles hurt and you feel limited in your daily activity, here are few tips we can give you to improve your condition. Your Achilles tendon always works with its muscles: the calf, and the plantar fascia. Like an elastic band. So make sure you provide your feet with the right foot support. Whether they are flat, high arched or collapsing, your feet might just need to be structured, sustained or simply realigned. It will improve straight away your Achilles which will be more loose (not under tension) and then able to heal properly Also, think about stretching, but stretch with shoes on. Remember than when your foot collapses, this elastic band is under tension and the weakest point is, again, this Achilles ! Music: Mes(s)merized Musician: Philip E Morris
